It was a virtual testing and interview process and it went very smooth for me. Most of the communication was via email and culminated in a virtual interview with a supervisor and a manager.

Question 1
Something difficult I’ve dealt with in previous jobs
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Silver Spring, MD) in Nov 2019
Interview
A little clunky, but the actual interview with the recruiter was not bad. No specific, technical questions about the job itself, which would have been helpful to both interviewer and interviewee. Once it was handed off to HR, it went off the rails. She was rushed, very much bothered, curt, condescending and even mildly sarcastic. She begrudgingly answered my questions, but after the offer letter was issued, she refused to answer basic questions about benefits, leave, or other HR-specific questions she could've easily answered. Her response, if any, was incomplete, incorrect, or she passed the buck.

Question 1
What percentage of your current job is troubleshooting?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Phila, PA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied online. I got the call and then had to take a few online tests. Then was called in for an interview. Also had to go through a background test and drug test.

Question 1
A role play with you and the interviewing manager, where the manager is the customer and they tell you that you own the company and can do whatever you want. So the customer is upset because the superbowl is tomorrow, all of his friends are coming over, and his video services aren't working. Technicians aren't available until 2 days out. If he doesn't get a technician out there he's going to cancel all of his services.
