3 over the phone interviews. Never had a face to face interview while I was going thru the hiring process. Now they are doing 2 phone interviews and a face to face interview. Interview over the phone was 2 managers from the fiber solutions center. Had to take 2 tests at a trsting ceneter, one was techincaland the other was similar to a post office test.

Process took 2 weeks. I applied online, next day took online assessment test (takes 2hrs), 2 days after phone interview with recruiter (5mins), 4 days after personal interview at Robbinsville, NJ with a panel of 3 (including hiring manager). Interview took 1.5hrs, gave me a tour to facility, very basic interview questions. Two days after received job offer phone call, and finally urine drug test the following day.

An entrance exam that tests your knowledge of network, phone and computer internet telecommunications. Basics of electricity knowledge, Microsoft operating system and network terminology needed to pass the pre-employment exam.
