Verizon interview questions

Took 22 days...had an initial phone call then a second behavioral questioning interview that took 45 min...after the interview the lady said she would let me know in 5-7 business days...of course...she never called or emailed as promised. I had to call them 3 different times to check on my status and after waiting about 3 weeks they said they decided to go with somebody else...I thought it was extremely unprofessional that they never called me back or emailed me to let me know and that I had to call them....A waste of time in my opinion.
