Verizon interview questions

I applied for 3 positions in the last 3 months in Murfreesboro, TN. I received an automated email that my app was received and someone would be contacting me. I never heard anything from Murfreesboro Verizon after that. A recruiter contacted me about a position at Verizon in Franklin, TN, so I applied for that position. After a couple of days, I received an email thanking me for my application but advising the position had been filled. I do know that use the STAR method for interviews.

Several weeks after filling out an online application, I was contacted by phone to setup an initial phone interview. The phone interview took about 10-15 minutes and mainly asked questions to determine if I could fulfill the demands of the job. After the phone interview, I was scheduled for a computer-based skills test, which lasted about 90 minutes. After passing the skills test, I was contacted for a one on one interview. I was actually interviewed by two different individuals, an HR rep and a CS Supervisor, but not simultaneously. That process lasted about an hour. I was later contacted by phone with the job offer, pending successful background check and drug test. The whole process from initial interview until completion of the background check took a little over 4 weeks.
