First, you go for an intelligence test. It kind of reminded me of a mild version of the SAT's. If you pass that test, you then go to the next step which is a computer skills test. They basically want to make sure that you can retain information and give great customer service. If you pass that test, they then schedule an interview for you with 2 of the managers. I received a letter stating that I passed the interview; however, I am still waiting on a job offer. I know someone who has this job, just in a different location. I was told that I have to wait for a training class. I was told that it's coming soon. Keeping my fingers crossed!! I've heard nothing but rave reviews for this job and their benefits!! Oh, and by the way, this is for the call center position.
