An onsite skills assessment test which consisted primarily of reading/comprehension/typing speed tests.
An onsite one-on-one interview that consisted of explaining how you would respond in given customer service scenarios.

Interview
I applied first online. After about two weeks I received a call back and someone requested a phone interview. The phone interview went great. After the phone interview I was invited to to test my typing skills and also my overall ability to be familiar with the systems used on a day to day bases. After I passed the test I was invited for an in person interview and a tour of the facilities. After the in person I was offered the position based on me passing a background check and a drug test.

Interview
Lots of questions like tell us about a time you had to go above and beyond for a customer, or tell us about a time where you couldn't make a customer happy, then a follow up for any questions you may have. There are also some basic things such as tell me about yourself, why did you or why are you considering leaving your current employer.
