Phone interview went great until when she asked me about training, if I could make all the days. I told her my son was disabled and I couldn't give her an honest answer about not missing any days, but I would try to make them all. I never heard back and I was more than qualified. I recently determined what she did was illegal. They're lucky I didn't sue them.

Basic cookie cutter questions, they want you to be familiar with FCR and ownership, and how would deal with customers issues. there is a lot of room for advancement, however I think that the managers should interview you and not the inexperienced leads.
