I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2013

The interview was long and stretched over the period of 3 months. I applied online in November, received a call for phone interview twice in December, had an in person interview in January and took a test in January as well. Finally got the offer one day before the new hire class started, so i was unable to move that quickly, I ended up starting in February.
