Verizon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

S.T.A.R. Format type questions. S.T.A.R stands for Situation, Task, Action Resolution. This is the standard with any type of interview with Verizon, internally as well. The questions are rated on a scale of 1-5 you don't get to see your results in how you did. IF you receive an email or call you did good.
