aptitude test followed by a group discussion round.the short listed students were asked to appear for a technical interview the very next day.students who cleared the tech intrvw were then asked to give a hr intervw.hr round was the last and final round but an elimination round which i failed to clear.

Job description implies sales to larger business accounts in a relatively well defined territory. I was expecting something like Fortune 5000 or 10000 level customers with a minimum of 1000 employees. This BAE position is considered entry level with a target list of general small business clients. These sound more like customers who would go to a retail store. Salary is $40K with $30K commission. Next step up would be a major account rep, then regional, then national.
