The hiring process is in what is called the "STAR" Format. A question is answered and the response must follow the STAR format. Situation, Task, Action, and result. Great answers are scored in how they follow this format and not necessarily how well they answer the question at hand or showcase your skills.

Interview
Initially, canidates are contacted by a recruiter. They fill out an online application, online assesment, and submit a resume. Next, they are interviewed by the hiring manager. If a good fit, then there is the blood test, background check, and submital of everything from normal driver's license and SS Card to diploma and transcripts. I had just graduated college and had a hard time getting that information to HR, and it caused a bit of a snag. I finally had to submit a statement from the college that my diploma is not yet ready, but that I had indeed graduated college.
