I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Woodland Hills, CA) in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview process was very simple actually . They asked very basic questions about experience and the ways that you have utilized your skill set in the past . Generally the store manager is the interviewer and the process took about 15-20 min max. Any prior retail sales experience is taken into account and if you have performed well at prior jobs then this interview should be a breeze.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2011
Interview
I had 2 phone interviews and 2 in person interviews. The last interview is a panel with other candidates in the room. It is very nerve wrecking but as long as you keep your cool, you will be okay. The whole interview process lasted about 14 days for me. I had two 1:1 interviews and then they had me come in for a panel and group interview. It seemed they wanted to see how competitive we were going to be against each other. We both ended up getting an offer. The waiting period was the worse part.

Interview
The interview process was very professional and thorough. The interviewer did forget what time zone I was in and called an hour earlier than discussed, but luckily I was ready.
