Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

After performing the on-line assessment, I received a phone call to schedule an interview. The interview consisted of role playing of a customer inquiring about a product and me as the interviewer providing information to the buyer on the product. I was also asked questions about my work history. I thought I did well but I received an email right after indicating that I was not a good candidate.

I filled out the online application. I was contacted by the verizon about 4 days later through an email. A time was scheduled for an over the phone interview about a week later. After moving from the phone interview the next step was the face to face interview with the district manager.
