they use starr format questions are straight forward off a sheet. how did you handle a difficult customer and turn it into a positive? sales proccess etc? if you had to service a person how hard would you service them?

Interview
I got an interview with VZW after applying multiple times to various positions. When I got to the interview I was met by a store manager, and was ushered into a small office. The interview was pretty straight forward, and she was reading questions from a sheet. The thing is, I didn't hear anything afterward! Then months later I got an email saying the position was no longer needed and was being eliminated. Then months after that I finally heard via email I wasn't qualified for the job. They aren't very communicative about their process. Tough industry.
