Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

Interview based around the STAR format. Be confident in your answers and explain how you grew from the situation. Depending upon how strictly the interviewer goes off of the "guide". Take a moment to think through your answers and make sure you include a Situation, Task Action, and Response.

I was contacted through a resume I posted online by a recruiter. I had 2 phones interviews and then had 2 in person interviews. My first one was with both of the assistant managers and the second with just the store manager. After that I went through a 3 week background check and drug screen and was then offered a position.
