      Pros

      I loved working there. This is one of the most employee friendly company. The projects are good and mostly you get good technologies. There is always some upskilling going on which you can participate. Very good work life balance. Competetive salary.

      Cons

      Annual appraisals are just mediocre. For past few months management has been supporting those who just show off rather than the employees who are good at their work. Some of the initiatives taken by management to grow learning have become a formality that everyone is mandate to do.

      We thank you for taking out time for your feedback and acknowledgment for the different benefits and initiatives driven by organisation for all team members. We have also taken a note of your feedback on lack of projects and we will certainly work on creating more awareness about different projects available in the organisation. We are pleased to inform with the two recent acquisitions done recently and our product mindset, we have been able to continue introducing/expanding projects. In addition to this, organisation gives due attention to career interest of each team member and decision of project change is based on career interest of the team member and business requirement.

      They really live for their culture, hear and respect their employees. It really is a great company to work at.

      Cons

      in Romania the program is from 9AM to 6PM - for me, personally, 6PM was a bit much, since I felt like after work my day was already over, and cannot do anything else
