      Employe Centric Company CEO has a good vision for company for long run. Good Team & Management to work with. Good perks and salary. Work from anywhere Or work from office i.e Hybrid. Work culture good. Food and snacks provided.

      Cons

      In some projects Its tough to maintain work life balance. They should consider doing promotions timely manner.

      - Your millage may very a lot based on customer & project you work for. - Opportunity Pipeline has been totally dry lately. That reduces the space to drop unfavourable clients and fix the compensation for ICs.

      Pros

      Healthy and learning environment. Employee friendly. They do care about employees and given them choice to choose the technology one wishes to work on. They also provide library services where books are delivered and picked up from reception. Techtalks really help as whenever any team works on something innovative or challenging technology, they share it with rest of company so that everyone can learn and benefit. They pay handsomely and more than market average.

      Cons

      It's a service based company so they don't have any products of their own. so the tech to work on depends on what kind of clients they are working for and this may sometimes result in projects as short as 6 months.
