      Pros

      The focus on people wellbeing while scaling a business is quite difficult to find in the market and 3Pillar is nailing it. Great company and perception of stability for personal and profesional development.

      Cons

      Not a con per se but you have to be ready to quickly adapt to the rapid change environment and embrace uncertainty sometimes while growing the business.

      3Pillar culture is like no other companies I've worked before, they care about the employee, since day 1 they make sure you are feeling comfortable and you have all you need, at regular work their management team run checkpoints with you and the client to make sure how you feel and provide feedback. Great benefits and amenities.
