Thank you for endorsing and appreciating the various aspects of 3Pillar Global. We always believe in serving our employees the best in terms of healthy environment, culture, work life balance, training & development, etc. We strive at making 3Pillar a “Great Place to Work” and believe in the quote “work hard, party harder”. We are glad that you find value in the organization. Also, we highly believe in sensitising our employees on different cultures and giving them exposures outside the organization through onsite visits as and when required. It totally depends on the type of work and client requirement. We always invest in benchmarking ourselves with market in compensation, benefits and best practices..Salary increments for an individual also depends upon the performance, skillset, potential etc. Please feel free to know more about the insights by writing to us at talentengagement-india@3pillarglobal.com.

Pros

* food in house * Work culture(depends, read cons too) * Flexible timing * good number of sick and casual Leaves * Quarter parties. * If you get a good team, you will enjoy every moment of work. * Work anniversary and birthday gifts *

Cons

* The projects are only short duration projects, like 2-3 months. * Lesser number of good projects * If you want to move from tester to development, you will not be allowed to do so, as the management will say that they will think over it and will never execute this as there is lots of work from the client and client has to be kept happy. * You may be have to do 50%-50% in 2 different projects. They do not care how you will manage, they just want you to work 50%-50%. * Your work will not really be recognised as not all managers are good. *Not everyone will be informed about the trainings going on in the organisation. Like if you are interested in a training, only those people will get a mail regarding it who the organisation thinks are good. * When the trainings get over, only then you will get to know that this training ever happened and only those who attended benefitted from it. * People are leaving the organisation now as this organisation is not so good as it was a couple of years ago. *They will not care for an individual's Progress, they simply care about the client's need to be happy.

Thanks for speaking high about our work environment and workplace. We always strive to make our workplace a “Great Place to Work” and believe in providing our team members enough time to take care of their personal commitments and family. Work life balance is always on the top of the chart. We keep revising our policies in order to serve our employees the best in terms of leaves, claims, etc. Also we believe in fun at work, hence we try to keep our employees engaged in activities and parties. We are dedicated towards growth of people and work with them to prepare them for next level. The leadership is focused on growth of every individual and areas that need attention in order to make team members feel valued. We believe in complete utilizations of an individual’s skills and keep retraining and upskilling our team members in order to widen their scope of work which allows them to explore newer technologies and different projects. Involving them in different projects at the same time is done so that the actual potential and skills of a team member are used well. We do encourage craftmenship hence support desire of a QA person to move to Dev. We always believe in reskilling and training our team members in order to widen their scope in the organization. The L&D team is dedicatedly working towards the development of employees and ensures that every individual is benefited out of the programs. We believe in making the best out of the L&D programs hence each program is customised for a target audience. We encourage people to reach out their managers and TEPs to discuss their growth opportunities. While taking a new project, we see many aspects like technology, the impact of product on business and the tenure of the project. We have added a lot of good logos to the list as well.
