We always believe in serving our employees the best in terms of healthy environment, culture, work life balance, good employee friendly policies and living by the values of our organisation. We strive at making 3Pillar a %E2%80%9CGreat Place to Work%E2%80%9D and hence have been receiving the %E2%80%9CGreat Place to Work%E2%80%9D Certification for 3 consecutive years. We are sad to hear about the cafeteria as we always try to provide good services at the cafeteria which includes free breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, big basket vending machine, and interesting meal menus. We also keep a tight check on hygiene and cleanliness of the cafeteria. However, we feel sad that your experience was not good due to some reason.Also, we do have yoga and dance classes happening every now and then.
