Pros

Good environment to work. Meal facility although they charge little bit monthly. Work from home is easy.

Cons

No Technical Exposure False commitments They can fire you anytime as soon as the project finish or layoff. Rude Managers ,a lot of politics , managers have their own crowd of "obsequious" people. Recruiters promises are false, they said something but when you join it will be another thing. Please don't join this company if you are settled and just looking for a change to increase your salary. Don't go, after 6 month or so you have to leave. If you jobless then its ok because its always good have something then nothing.

Thank you for writing us and letting us know about your experience with 3Pillar Global. Terminating team members is certainly not our strategy but understand and more importantly respect your perception. In certain circumstances we have to make decisions related to performance and or business requirements. It is our organization’s goal to ensure that team members have consistent feedback and the opportunity to improve prior to being let go. Again- thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best of luck in your future role.

A little cult-ish

Pros

They are somewhat organized and the environment is casual.

Cons

The company is immature overall. Very touchy-feely with a clique vibe like HS. The work performed is off the cuff and lacks clear direction, with lots of hand waving and rah rah but less on deliverable results, despite the rote success stories they provide which are too dated to be relevant anymore. Strong personalities cultivate a weird cult like mentality that does not match with the proclaimed collaboration they describe so often.
