      A great place to work and grow, even if it's in the middle of nowhere

      Pros

      For myself, I have felt incredibly supported here. All my managers have seemed to genuinely care about my professional growth. The people at the company truly care about their craft, which is making great products. As long as you finish what you've committed to, there's very wide leeway to explore or spearhead initiatives no matter what seniority level you're at.

      Cons

      Location is not metro accessible, for those for whom that is a concern, and is not walking distance from pretty much anything besides a suburban shopping center.

      Not good for automation QA

      Pros

      Good policies, okay infrastructure, good salary. Cannot find much. I am writing this to complete 20 words. They used to write good reviews from HRs on glass doors to enhance rating.

      Cons

      Worst experience, fake reviews has been added by HRs of this company. Communication gaps in management. I was hired for automation, after getting the offer, HR kept chasing me whether I would be joining, and they are going to deploy me on very good project in 100 % automation profile. They deploy me in manual task and kept saying will start automation in 1 months, after 3 months they said " you alone cannot work on automation, entire team will work, entire team knows selenium " who is going to explain them that automation is not everyone 's cup of tea and for automation JAVA is needed, selenium is not sufficient. How can EM ( engineering managers ) and lead of an IT company be that fool? Because of this lead 10 people resigned in 7 years, still no action was taken. .

      Positivity everywhere in 3Pillar Global

      Pros

      Cooperative and Vital employees can be seen in 3Pillar Global. Flexible Timings make good work life Balance. Perfect Corporate Environment.

      Cons

      cant find any. However at times lack of importance for the lower staff can be seen but that at times due to Employees own motives.
