Pros

Good environment to work. Meal facility although they charge little bit monthly. Work from home is easy.

Cons

No Technical Exposure False commitments They can fire you anytime as soon as the project finish or layoff. Rude Managers ,a lot of politics , managers have their own crowd of "obsequious" people. Recruiters promises are false, they said something but when you join it will be another thing. Please don't join this company if you are settled and just looking for a change to increase your salary. Don't go, after 6 month or so you have to leave. If you jobless then its ok because its always good have something then nothing.

Thank you for writing us and letting us know about your experience with 3Pillar Global. Terminating team members is certainly not our strategy but understand and more importantly respect your perception. In certain circumstances we have to make decisions related to performance and or business requirements. It is our organization’s goal to ensure that team members have consistent feedback and the opportunity to improve prior to being let go. Again- thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best of luck in your future role.

Not good for automation QA

Pros

Good policies, okay infrastructure, good salary. Cannot find much. I am writing this to complete 20 words. They used to write good reviews from HRs on glass doors to enhance rating.

Cons

Worst experience, fake reviews has been added by HRs of this company. Communication gaps in management. I was hired for automation, after getting the offer, HR kept chasing me whether I would be joining, and they are going to deploy me on very good project in 100 % automation profile. They deploy me in manual task and kept saying will start automation in 1 months, after 3 months they said " you alone cannot work on automation, entire team will work, entire team knows selenium " who is going to explain them that automation is not everyone 's cup of tea and for automation JAVA is needed, selenium is not sufficient. How can EM ( engineering managers ) and lead of an IT company be that fool? Because of this lead 10 people resigned in 7 years, still no action was taken. .

Pros

Flexible working hours. Good salary structure everything is fixed and no variable components. Finance department is good.

Cons

Very short term projects and the project duration is about 2 or 3 months so after that again u need to look for new projects. Worst management and unprofessional people. No clear visibility on your roles and responsibilities also there is no team work even the people in your own team will try to escalate you so that they can make their own dependency in the project. Very few onsite opportunites.
