Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with 3Pillar Global and endorsing our people and work life balance.I am sorry to hear about your experience, and I regret that you were not satisfied with our Senior Management. But I would like to apprise that our management team is continuously working towards the growth of our people and the organization, we have added many new logos this year for more details you can visit our website. Our projects are chosen while keeping a lot of factors in mind like revenue, technologies, availability of resources, etc because we care about the quality of projects and delivery of work. We do not believe in committing more than what can be delivered., We do encourage employees to post their honest feedback on glassdoor (positive or negative) at the time of exit or otherwise but never enforce it to be done as a mandate. For more details, please feel free to write at alankrita.shree@3pillarglobal.com.

Pros

Work from home. Better job if you are in HR, no need to do anything.

Cons

Mgmt lacking in project execution. Too much bookish. Short projects. It is the time for TPG to introspect the processes/leadership which is required for them to succeed. It has an abundance of processes/people at a senior level which are just an overhead than value for the business. I worked for them for a few years and surprised to see that these people are doing nothing except drawing huge paycheques. They know how to make fool of everyone by spreading the false positiveness around the stupid initiatives. Hundreds of platforms are existing today to learn and share but they have confined people in shallow initiatives. The idea is to safe their jobs than doing something meaningful. This is the organization which is overcrowded with such people. For a better future and strong footprints in the industry, they need to develop real craftsmanship than ineffectual leadership. One of my friends got an offer from them and asked me to share my experiences. So, if you are technical and want to do something significant than just being a scrum master (most of the managers are doing that only) then avoid TPG.

We would like to thank you for taking out time to write your thoughts and experience about the organisation here. We strive at making 3Pillar a %E2%80%9CGreat Place to Work%E2%80%9D and believe in a flexible working environment. Our management strives to reach everyone through their best strategies. We are known for our best work culture where we believe in transparency, openness, treating each other with dignity and respect, giving opportunity to grow, investing in growth of every individual and developing a high performing team. We are absolutely against favouritism. Hence it is hard to believe that our management is full of politics. We always invest in benchmarking ourselves with market in compensation, benefits and best practices. There is a set procedure for drawing the increment percentage which is not at all driven by favouritism. Salary increments for an individual also depends upon the performance, skillset and potential and not necessary that an employee who has been on bench will get relatively lower increment than others. Please feel free to know more about the insights by writing to us at isha.gaur@3pillarglobal.com.
