      Good company but pathetic managers

      1. Good salary structure 2. Flexible timings , if manager allows 3. Free meals

      Cons

      1. Worst managers 2. HR has no say and idea what to do. 3. Managers dont listen to HR 4. HR nominate themselves , and get the awards 5. The directors always favor managers , irrespective of the manager knowledge or behaviour with team 6. Appraisals are not that goog 7. No transparency 8. Huge politics 9. Short-term projects , eg - 3 months

      Pros

      Romania office and people that build it. Many of them are out the door by now.

      Cons

      Attention span of a goldfish. Responsibility with low power of decision. Top down culture. No appreciation for key people and top performance. Other than bla-bla-bla. Revenue trumps people and culture.

      No good projects. No help from management. All good reviews are posted by management itself. Please ignore them. Ask to employees inside, the truth will be out
