      We thank you for taking out time for your feedback on the working environment and learning opportunities. We have also taken a note of your feedback on short term projects and we will certainly work on creating more awareness about different projects available in the organisation. We are pleased to inform that with the two recent acquisitions done and our product mindset, we have been able to continue introducing/expanding projects. In addition to this, organisation gives due attention to career interest of each team member as per which project is assigned. With the growing organisation, each project has ample of opportunities for team members to learn and grow.

      - Salaries are competitive (slightly above average) and are based on the region you're in (you will not get underpaid) - Management is trying to build a culture that strives towards high performing teams

      Cons

      - As an engineer your experience may vary greatly based on your current engagement (client/team/manager) - If you're not engaging with the company culture you will be less likely to get promoted even if you're going above and beyond on your client engagements

      1) In company growth is less. Probably the middle management is unsecure and more often than not hinders your growth. Reason for high attrition rate even with such great working culture

      We would like to start with thanking you for the feedback. We are glad we could ensure a great working environment and employee experience for you. Organisation equally pays a lot of focus on driving a culture of supportive managers who are more like enablers. We have avenues for discussing career progression plan with managers and clearly defined criteria for promotions. Along with that we have a neutral committee comprising of location and global leaders to finalise promotions. Glad to share that our promotion philosophy does not restrict any team member from promotion owing to restricting on number of promotions, in fact our talent team along with managers are working on creating a model of organic promotions so that our organisation can ensure career progression of all team members in a self spinning mechanism. Withal we believe in continuous improvement hence all our team members, including management are open for feedback and suggestions which can bring improvement.
