      Pros

      Very healthy and positive environment Delicious food They encourage every employee to learn and grow They provide many learning opportunities through online library(Kwench), Pluralsight subscriptions, In house library and they also conduct training sessions regularly. They encourage everyone to share their learnings with others. No work pressure and very considerate managers Managers there help you learn, never ask you to work outside office hours, they give more than enough time to do a job Leadership is awesome and they truly work with growth mindset

      Awards depend on budget for project more than individual's talent

Also we are glad to see your acknowledgment towards other benefits provided by organisation for employee delight. We have equally taken a note of your feedback on awards budget. We firmly believe in timely recognition through our different award categories such as Xtra Mile, Core Beliefs Awards etc. The beauty of XtraMile Award is that anyone can nominate other team member for going beyond limits for helping with deliverables thereby no criteria of budget. We will also certainly work on creating more awareness in our team members about different awards categories and nomination process .

      Pros

      Great focus on craftmanship. People are great - strong technical acumen, great team players, true sense of community. Impressive brands in the clients portfolio. A culture of freedom and empowerment. Ideas and initiatives are welcomed.

      Cons

      There is a lack of structure and discipline across leadership teams that is visible throughout the entire company. Very fast growth but without the systems and practices needed to actually integrate and sustain new clients and people. The place where great people come to work and... easily burnout or leave.
