Pros

No Pros for this team. The transportation facilities are organized and good. The operations team seems to be good and organized.

Cons

Dynamic employees are being lead by spineless management and director. Growth opurtunities are negligible. The director does not know to take a single stand for his employees. False promises are made by the management regarding the career of the employees. Employees are paid like peanuts. No proper career path for Risk Engineering employees. The management seems to overlook all issues and grievances raised by employees. The HR is like a deaf and dumb team of 3 to 4 people who are even unaware of their own policies that they make. A simple and honest advice to the people who checks a review before joining an organization ... Please dont join this team. Once you enter you are stuck forever.

Pros

The benefits and pay are good. Company allows working from home under certain circumstances. Excellent paid leave for new parents.

Cons

Unhealthy work environment. Personnel are being dismissed to save money. Because of the drastic cuts to personnel the work volume is high and quality of work only becomes an issue if your position is targeted as one that can be eliminated.
