Pros

We had a goal in the past. Some very good people here but not in the leadership roles. Pay is reasonable.

Cons

Lacks communication. No vision . Engineering team throughout the world has become toothless and spineless. This place lacks morale and does not inspire people to stay.

It wasn't always bad but now there are no pros

Cons

Horrible morale, horrible management. The higher up in management you go the worse they are, all the way to the top. Only the top, most senior executives are making money, the rest of us are making less every year as there haven't been raises in at least 4 years and bonuses are paying out less every year. You'd think there would be tons of extra money with all the people they are laying off!
