It is a standard office job requiring 9-5 working hours. Trudging in and out to the city 5 days a week for the rest of life is a mind numbing prospect.but if you want or need to be part of the herd, there's nothing wrong with this place to do it.

There are nothing to write here.

Cons

Manager lack leadership. Meetings are depressing. Only a few people are recognize at meeting for their sales. Everybody else just sit there and watch in agony. Manager does not help those that are struggle to improve. They do not provide leads and expect you to cold calls and prospect. This is hard if you are new to insurance. Health benefits is no better than if you had to buy it from outside. They are not cheap. Stay away!
