Pros

Global company so it's pretty easy to move abroad. Great pay. Promotion opportunities.

Cons

Culture is very corporate, which means ruthless, and they don't care about the staff here. You almost always need to have underwriting experience if you want promotion. Some teams have nights out together but I feel like most don't.
