multinational big company, good for your cv. good salaries for the old employees.

Cons

very low salaries for the new employees and they expect you to be happy just because you have a job (they call this positive attitude-how convenient!...) politics everywhere, lack of open communication, power games. due to ongoing changes in the company worldwide, everyone is insecure and that impacts attitudes. some people have been in there for too many years and they forget that this is not their family business but multinational organization.

Great Product training and Incentives. Great at training beginners to become successful agents. The Best Products in the industry hands down. Always working to improve their products to help those they served even better.

Cons

Management, Management, Management going all the way to the top! My experience with this company only lasted 9 months, in which I saw several in office manager terminations, all the way up to the General Manager. Then word had it even his boss was let go. So the people who were working there, were on pins and needles and left to flounder. I had to leave since things were falling apart.
