Company has decent pay and good benefits to offer, and continues to look like it is moving in the right overall direction even after the retirement and passing of Bob Benmosche.

Cons

Working in Wilton, Ct there is an obvious clique culture that is forcing the company to create ice breaker situations to get employees to speak with each other. Also there seems to be a divide between employees from pre-financial crisis and post financial crisis. Unfortunately there seems to be little room for improvement once hired in what they've deemed a "flat" culture.
