Pros

Relaxed environment compared to other call centers. Good pay. Friendly management. Able to make yourself at home.

Cons

Call center therefore, very scripted and mentally exhausting. Management was more focused on the business side and had little knowledge of the CSR's daily job.

Cons

Terrible management. Provide no direction and make no attempt to understand the work. Very low employee morale. No raises.
