The benefits are awesome. Health, dental, vision, 401k, and pension. The PTO days are liberal - 24 days the first year. The work environment is nice and hours are flexible.

Solid company, rarely worked overtime. the people were mostly nice, fun and cool. Large range of ages, good location with plenty to eat around.

Cons

No culture, large bureaucratic organization, you are a nobody there. Wasn't challenged enough, and felt unmotivated a lot of the time.
