Decent health benefits and good PTO policy. Depending on which department one worked in the office culture could be pleasant.

Cons

Senior management is concerned with fillig the pockets of AIG shareholders. Company wide restructuring is the method used to achieve this goal via layoffs companywide. AIG's culture is not healthy and should be avoided.
