Pros

good work life balance, good flexibility of work, overall the company is trying to make improvement.

Cons

No opportunity of growth, work is not challenging, mostly tedious, and of course no recognition. There are too many layers of managers, and for one who starts from entry level, good luck on getting any sort of exposure. Technology is way too old.
