Pros

AIG provides room for growth, offer training (onsite and offsite), and they offer a pretty good work-life balance. The company is very diverse and known world wide. The benefits are good with an excellent PTO schedule.

Cons

With every company you have your ups and downs but for the most part the company is actually a good place to work.

Pros

The pay is decent and there good benefits as far as pto and insurance. Some of the management is excellent. The job is really not hard but it is repetitive

Cons

Some of the managers are great but others not as much. They say there is a chance of advancement but if you are good at your job you are stuck in it they will just keep giving you more work to do. The raises and "bonuses" are a joke.
