Pros

Fast pace, many things to do in the course of a day but a feeling of accomplishment is very reachable. Benefits and pay are very competitive.

Cons

Need to be able to handle the pressure of handing out many tasks to a small crew. You will have to do a lot of it yourself which is not always a bad thing.

Pros

Great pay and benefits, company car, iPhone, company credit card

Cons

Unreasonable work hours (you are told 50 hours a week but are actually expected to work roughly 80), "never good enough" mentality, extreme lack of diversity, outdated company culture, zero work-life balance, barely any opportunity to move up for store employees

Pros

Great Company with Great Benefits and pay. Opportunity to advance are there. Closed on major holidays.

Cons

You have to have opened availability. small organization so no calling off minimum request to be off. Full time isn't technically 40hrs a week, in most cases its less unless your store is understaffed. In the case of an understaffed store, YOU HAVE NO LIFE!
