Nearly every employee within the company who works in the field or in the centers has been subjected to at least one intentional form of coercion, harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior/gestures, physical violence, non-verbal innuendo or other forms of abuse in the workplace. Not only does AT&T abuse their own employees in the 'craft' portion of the business, but lower, middle and upper management receive the same treatment at times as well.
