Pros

- The benefits are genuinely strong. AT&T offers robust health coverage, solid retirement options, and one of the most meaningful perks is the separate paid time off specifically for caring for family; distinct from regular PTO. This is a rare and truly valuable benefit. - Compensation is competitive and there are clear structures for pay, bonuses, and progression. -Large company with many resources and opportunities to learn if you're proactive.

Cons

- The culture can feel negative, rigid, and at times toxic. If you don't fully assimilate or "fall in line", it's made clear that you don't belong. - It's extremely difficult to speak up, push for change, or offer a differing perspective without fear of being labeled 'not aligned' or 'resistant'. - The return-to-office mandate is overwhelming and has created a stressful environment. Having to track hours an days in the office makes it feel like you're clocking in and out; even in roles where remote work has proven fully effective. - There is absolutely no flexibility to work from home under any circumstance, even when remote work would not impact productivity. - You often feel like a cog in a massive machine: easily replaceable, unseen, and not valued as an individual.

Pros

I liked the bonuses. They did change on how you earn them. Instead of it being based on the individual they changed it to how the overall department preformed. You could also earn fame points and that was a nice added bonus.

Cons

Management is absolutely horrible. I had to get the union involved. I work hard and value my customers but management always found the negative in everything you do. It's really hard to work for a company that constantly puts you down. I have talked to a lot of other employees and they felt the same way.

Pros

Company is big. Nothing to mention specifically. General benifits like health insurance, on time salary. Nothing great

Cons

Became worst than the service based company especially the india location became even more worst. No value for employees and their personal time . Working on very old legacy technologies like mainframe, tws tool and worst experience with polices and culture.
