Pros

Great comp + benefits, great people to work with

Cons

Overhyped by recruiters as world-class sales training. In reality, the training is very product-focused. Large portfolios of products to sell and you're expected to sell across multiple, which makes it hard to be an expert in anything. Quotas were unevenly set from MTM, ex. someone in month 2 of the program would have a higher quota in their second month than someone in month 3 had in their second month. At the end of the program, you're expected to hit at least 75% YTD attainment to get placed in the field and if you have a bad first or second month, it's next to impossible to achieve that. Post-sale customer support is terrible.

Pros

If you last the health care is expensive with high deductible. If management likes you, you maybe able to use your vacation or you loose it.

Cons

You are subjected to vicious people, mortifying homes, environmental infectious diseases, lethal smells & criminals. There is no chain of command, You will be harassed, insulted, and publicly humiliated if your not meeting target, no excuses for not getting a sale. It’s like working for the mob, there is no movement and you’re a working mule expected to carry the burdens of the company failures in billing problems, no inventory, car break downs, fraud, unethical employees, reps are literally spreading coronavirus from home to home. There is no social distancing & people in their homes don’t wear masks. Let’s not forget people take their cell phones to the washroom. You can get herps, std, hepatitis. It’s an overall nightmare of stress & unnecessary risk. You make more as an lift driver & have more control over your hours. Expect to work 90 plus hours with no over time.
