Pros

You will be surrounded by lots of young professionals and build lifetime friendships.

Cons

People were getting fired/forced to resign every single week. One day someone on my team was there and the next they were gone. It was more like a boot camp than a training program. They cared more about the metrics than actual sales. I knew someone who was exceeding their quota but because they weren’t hitting a certain number of calls or their other metrics they got let go. Your hard work is not appreciated whatsoever. They recruit all young college kids who know nothing different. Of the 50 that I started with there are now only 12 left. It is insane how quick people are in and out of this company. There is also fraud where other channels at AT&T will try to steal your sale (which happened to me). Overall, terrible experience which has greatly impacted me and is making me contemplate sales as a whole.

Pros

* The paycheck clears * A few solid coworkers who are also just trying to survive, and leave * That's it

Cons

* RTO is weaponized as a control tactic, not for collaboration or productivity *No assigned desks — people come in early just to secure a desk * Leadership refuses to listen to employees, even after a decade of proven hybrid success *Parking is a mess — not enough spots, and some employees have even had their cars towed * Zero streaming perks, no employee discounts worth mentioning, and no real appreciation *Mass attrition is happening quietly while leadership pretends everything is fine. * Morale is low, burnout is high, and management pretends it’s “team building” * Toxic culture that values control over performance * You are a badge scan, not a human being
