Pros

Pay on time, good colleagues on same level

Cons

Horrible experience, one of my biggest mistakes in life. Modern day slavery presented as a "great opportunity" to start you career. No flexibility, no work-life balance, clueless management, continual intimidation from managers, tools are a dissaster, metric system does not make any sense, being rated on inaccurate data. Decisions explanation ala "Because I said so.." . Phrase "If you dont like it, you can leave" should be the new motto of at&t.

Pros

Being an AT&T employee in Bratislava is a unique opportunity to thrive in a toxic environment, where passive-aggressive behavior is the norm. The clueless management adds an extra layer of excitement, with their skillful ignorance and baffling decision making. It's like being part of a dysfunctional family, where smiles and hidden disdain go hand in hand. An unforgettable adventure!

Cons

AT&T is a total trainwreck. The culture is so effed up - they just work you until you drop without caring. I can’t sleep most nights from the stress of constant verbal abuse about metrics from belligerent supervisors who seem to despise employees. Their bogus “training” never taught me jack before all those angry Karens called raging. The higher ups are so clueless letting managers verbally abuse us - we are people, not robots! Just soul sucking toxicity all around! Hard pass.

Pros

Good pay. Some good managers (level 3's) but you have to be lucky. Level 1's and 2's are mostly solid people. Once you get to level 4's and above, it's a crapshoot.

Cons

RTO implemented this year will force a lot of talent to make some tough decisions. Making people decide to move or separate in this economy while claiming to be about family is quite disingenuous. This will also lead to lower NPS scores (over time) due to the inability to retain enough quality people. It's a short-sighted strategy.
