Pros

good salary only on night shift

Cons

no room for development, promotion is biased, not dependent on hardwork but favoritism. work is difficult, too much pressure being put on you to achieve some crazy metrics score rules changing almost every time if you are on day shift, be ready to see your salary go down most managers dont care about employees and they are very rude

Pros

Colleagues are very nice and well behaved. The chairs are very good ergonomically. Salaries and bonuses are good. Work-live balance is usually good, with notable exceptions. Time off for medical visits, etc. is not a problem.

Cons

Many layoffs. Constant reorganization. Antiquated thinking from senior leadership promoted eons ago. The entire company operates on the buddy system, people who are pets of upper level management will get all the goodies while you slave away in the dungeon.
