Cons
Literally everything about this company. There has been a layoff every 6 months for the past 5 years. The executive leadership don't know what they are doing and try these useless initiatives and when they don't work, they lay off the entire organization. Instead of them taking a pay cut or cut executives who made mistakes, they decided to lay off 40% of the organization. Workplace culture is non existent, they only care about money and don't care about any of their employees.
