Pros

- Training was solid, I might make some minor adjustments but overall good - The people were fun to work with - Most managers were great - Lots of opportunity past this position (so long as location is not important for you) - Housing and benefits were great - Dallas was a fun area with lots to do (not a lot of outdoor stuff though) - DSA (inbound calls) really boost your self-esteem. This was huge in months 3 and 4. I think it kept a lot of people from quitting.

Cons

- You WILL be making 50+ cold calls per day and 95% of people you speak with will not want to talk to you. You have to have really thick skin. It is very much a grind. - The program is not set up to help people succeed. A lot of it is luck even if you are putting in the work. I saw people who slacked off luck themselves into great sales while people who cold called 60 times a day have no sales. - If location is important to you this is not the job for you. Where you go after the program is highly dependent on the company's needs. The recruiters will tell you otherwise. Do not believe them. - If you have a high sense of integrity, think twice about this position. There were a lot of questionable practices during my time in the program. Fortunately my manager would not tolerate that in our team, but other managers were more lenient. - I would recommend going into the program with a backup plan. Whether they admit it or not the retention rate is pretty low. A lot of people are unable to hit the numbers required to graduate the program. If you can't do this you will be asked to leave (or fired if you don't leave).
