Great pay, great people, the employees are from all over the world. Have many floating holidays & vacation days. Great benefits. The company provides Spanish classes.

There really aren’t any. The best you can hope for is a foot in the door.

Cons

Management rules by favouritism. Constant turn around because faulty equipment, bad leadership, and constant pitting against each-other. Turmoil around every corner. Inexperienced management with no managerial courses or certifications.
