no training at all. HR management is very poor. One day you are field mechanical engineer other day working for electrical installations!

Good coworkers. Nice building, but with problems for users like ventilation, sight problems because of bad shading. Unfortunately nothing else is good in this company

_ Extremely bad management. _ Don't value their human resources. _ Real bad salaries. _ Forcing employees to work 10-12 hours a day, not paying extra hours. _ Forcing employees to eat at headquarters and deduce meals cost from salary. _ Burocracy. _ Lack of training
