Feb of last year they had a HTF Release and it was never reported to local media and had entered the atmosphere, in which had the authorities been informed it would have been classified as a Major Release, Environmental Disaster!!! "APS" Arizona Public Services" likes to tout that they have this plant in there portfolio to cover there Green Energy Requirements on all the local TV and radio stations not really realizing all the scandalous cover-ups that there having to deal with with this company even down to the reporting requirements of there Power Purchase Agreement.
